AXA HEALTH TEAM GETS EMPLOYEES SWITCHED ON TO CHANGE

In 2020, AXA Health launched, bringing three businesses – AXA PPP Healthcare, Health-on-line and Health Services – into one, to highlight that its business goes beyond insurance. It’s about helping customers to be the best versions of themselves. Switch It, an internal communication campaign, encouraged people to think where other improvements could be made, so that the new-look business was more than just a name change.
