GOING LIVE AND DIRECT WITH THE CEO
When the pandemic put a stop to Northumbrian Water Group CEO Heidi Mottram meeting employees in person, the internal communication, events and Information Systems teams worked together to create Heidi Live, a live Q&A with Heidi from her kitchen table – initially on Skype Broadcast and now a weekly 45-minute Microsoft Teams Live session, in which anything goes.
